it's what I was born to do.

In my journey, I have experienced a mix of business, counseling and education. It's an honor to be a Certified Professional Coach through the International Coach Federation (ICF) & The Coaches Training Institute (CTI) with a B.S. in Business Management from Northeastern University and a Masters in Mental Health Counseling from Argosy University.

Having lived overseas and all over the US I have met so many amazing people who have taught me so much about openness, grit, intention and impact.

Coaching and Leadership Development have been my world for over 15 years. Before that I worked in large and small technology and non profit organizations. My passion for teams and people led me to leaving my technical world to pursue a career where I

could support individuals and

teams in their growth.

Some of my consulting and coaching clients have included international construction companies, insurance companies, law firms, financial institutions, international manufacturing, engineering, nonprofits, healthcare, software, government, retail and small businesses.
