Heather Graves- Ramsey is a leadership development expert who believes leadership isn’t a title—it’s a daily practice at every level of an organization. For more than 20 years, she has partnered with individuals and teams to build the core competencies that drive performance, resilience, and sustainable results.

With a foundation that blends business acumen, human dynamics, and global experience , Heather brings both rigor and humanity to her work. She is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coach Federation, holds a B.S. in Business Management with a minor in Psychology from Northeastern University, and earned a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Argosy University.

Heather is known for creating the psychological safety that allows people to “get real”—so they can think clearly, collaborate, and confidently design success. Her perspective informs a practical, experiential approach that resonates across functions and levels of leadership. She has designed and delivered hundreds of customized programs, each grounded in real-world application and measurable impact.

Having coached clients all over the world, Heather has walked with people through almost every corporate experience out there. She excels at helping clients clarify their purpose, leverage core strengths, remove internal and external barriers, and step forward with greater influence and authenticity. Her work consistently strengthens leaders’ ability to find their voice, build empathy, stay “above the line,” and integrate multiple perspectives to create positive organizational impact.
